Varieties
The beautiful blue-black Syrah grapes produce powerful wines that are excellent for ageing. This highly adaptable wine is one of the 6 most used grape varieties in the world. Generally used to produce intensely coloured red wines with mainly floral (violet) aromas and spices, this variety is also used to produce fruity rosés.
