Ingredients
- 4 courgettes
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 100g of parmesan
- 20cl of whipping cream
- 150g of flour
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 150g of semi-salted butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Wash the courgettes then cut them into cubes. Brown the onion and courgettes in olive oil in a frying pan.
- Prepare the dough for the crumble by mixing the flour, butter and 50g of parmesan cheese.
- Grease a pan with butter and place the courgettes in it, add two eggs, the whipping cream, salt and pepper and then the parmesan, preferably all previously stirred together.
- Cover this with the crumble dough. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
