Courgette crumble


  • 4 courgettes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g of parmesan
  • 20cl of whipping cream
  • 150g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 150g of semi-salted butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • Wash the courgettes then cut them into cubes. Brown the onion and courgettes in olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Prepare the dough for the crumble by mixing the flour, butter and 50g of parmesan cheese.
  • Grease a pan with butter and place the courgettes in it, add two eggs, the whipping cream, salt and pepper and then the parmesan, preferably all previously stirred together.
  • Cover this with the crumble dough. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
