Ingredients
- 300g of carrots
- 2 endives
- 200g of baby white celery
- 1 orange
- 1 handful of raisins/sultanas
- 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Peel and grate the carrots.
- Cut the endives and the white celery into rings.
- Cut the orange in two and express the juice.
- Mix everything together in a salad bowl.
