- 250g of strawberries
- 1 container of mascarpone cheese
- 200g of whipping cream
- 50g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 bottle of kirsch
- 40 biscuits
- Mix the fresh fruit with 20g of sugar.
- Arrange the biscuits in a deep (round) dish, then splash them with a spoonful of the kirsch. Next cover the whole with the fruit.
- Mix 50g of sugar, 3 egg yolks, add the mascarpone and the whipping cream along with the egg whites. Pour this mixture over the fruits and the place in the fridge until ready to serve (at least 3 hours).
